Eurogroup Residence de l'Océan, La Tranche sur Mer

Opposite the Ile de Ré, the fun resort of Sud Vendée Atlantique offers 13 km of fine sandy beaches and exceptional conditions for water sports enthusiasts.

A minimum stay of 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday, is required. Surfers and wind surfers will be delighted by the hotel’s ideal location, area’s lovely weather and Atlantic Ocean’s waves.

The white houses and narrow streets give La Tranche-sur-Mer a French Mediterranean character and a natural desire for sun, waves and excitement.

Built in 1880, the residence has been completely renovated to offer comfortable and modern accommodation while preserving the charm of the original architecture and One thousand and one nights like decor.

The residence is equipped with a private outdoor and heated swimming pool (11 x 6 metres), a large terrace-solarium, views of the ocean, and direct access to the beach.

There are also a reception with lounge, breakfast (bread, croissants and pastries delivery service), elevator and private car park available on site.

Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 17:00 hours until 20:00 hours.
• You must check out by 10:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.35 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Parking

Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 19.00 per stay.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Deposit

70 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 7.00 per night and person in a baby cot. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Damages deposit:
this deposit is payable at the moment of Check-In and is a 100% reimbursed if:
the apartment and its belongings have not been damaged,
